An earthquake was strongly felt in Alsace this Saturday, September 10, 2022. The earthquake of magnitude 4.8 on the Richter scale is located between the cities of Mulhouse and Basel.

There would be no major damage. The area is known to be particularly seismically active. The tremors were felt throughout Alsace as well as in Switzerland and Germany.
